- 2 cup Sicily spaghetti sauce.
- 1 cup Water.
- 1 Capsicum.
- 1 stick Celery.
- 1 clove Garlic.
- 1 tbsp Chopped fresh basil leaves.
- 300 grams cooked spaghetti.
- 1 pinch Salt.
- 1 dash Black garlic chili oil.
- Pasta.
- 1 tbsp Olive oil.
