Ingredients for Supper Salad:
- 1 large head of Boston Lettuce, chopped.
- 1 large pepper (any colour you like).
- 4 hard boiled eggs.
- 1/2 cucumber peeled and sliced.
- 200 g sliced turkey.
- 1 large carrot, peeled and grated.
- Olives.
- 6 mushrooms, sliced.
- 1 scoop tuna salad (tinned tuna mixed with mayo, celery and green onion).
