Ingredients for Veg Grill Sandwich:

  1. 4 slices bread.
  2. 1/4 cup capsicum, chopped.
  3. 1/4 cup onion, chopped.
  4. 1/2 tsp crushed pepper.
  5. As required Tandoori / plain mayonnaise.
  6. as needed Butter.

Step by step how to cook Veg Grill Sandwich:

  1. Heat up 1 tbsp butter in a kadai on low flame..
  2. Add 1/4 cup chopped capsicum and 1/4 cup chopped onion to it..
  3. Now add 1/2 tsp crushed pepper. (I have not added salt to this because I have used salty butter in case you're using non-salted one add a little bit of salt to this)..
  4. Saute for a minute or until vegtable shrink slightly yet remain crunchy..
  5. Turn off the flame and keep aside..
  6. Now take 2 slices of bread and spread tandoori mayonnaise on each side of both the slices..
  7. Now, add the sauted mixture on the top mayonnaise layer on one the bread slice and cover it with the other slice..
  8. Now, coat both the sides of sandwich with a little butter..
  9. Keep it in grill sandwich maker (if you don't have grill maker you can use normal sandwich maker as well)..
  10. Take it out from grill maker after 2 minutes or till they get crispy..
  11. Serve hot..
